“I currently in Little Elm Apartment, facing N. , which is opposite of the main TV antennas from Cedar Hill S. of Dallas TX . I am approximate 50 miles from these antennas. My may concern, is having to pick up OTA channels through the Bldg Apt .”

The signals this antenna pick up are like regular radio signals which pass through regular materials easily. You can aim the face of the antenna in the correct direction and it should pick them up. Unless your bldg is shielded to block those types of signals it should work. Easy way to test it...how's your radio reception in you apt.?
