what is the diameter of the support pipe? null

The one that came in the box was about an inch or so in diameter. It had no trouble mounting to a TALL triangular mast, aiming at the desired distant transmitter. I had an older model of the same antenna before we moved and it worked PERFECTLY. The newer model was LESS substantial and did not perform as well.
