Hello Sherman: Yes, but you will need to adjust it every time you set up. It will not work if you are trying to us it in a moving RV, the signal will bounce and scramble, but when you get to a campsite you are good to go.

A full radar plot based on the location of the RV is the best first step to determining how well an antenna could work.
