“Is this antenna omni directional and can it be split to run two tv's?”

We are able to receive 12 stations. These come from 2 different towers about 45 degrees apart. I tried to set the antenna so it would be in the middle. I don't know why sometimes when watching a program the picture will go off where we are watching but will be on a channel on the other tower. When watching, when the show is coming in, the picture is great. I do not know if the antenna can be split for 2 tv"s
