• Yes, the antenna will work very well. Mine is next to a fireplace and it still works great.

• Yes, this product is for indoors and has a long range for signal.

• NO. not unless you can mount it in a window facing the broadcast antenna.

• Depends entirely on your location. I am using one in a walk out basement and it is performing very well.
