“My house has the radiant barrier wrap around it, will the signal penetrate through that? I have to go outside to use cell phone because I'm not able to get signal so I wonder about TV signals???”

The TV broadcast will have the same results as your cell signal. A roof top install should do the trick though. Thanks.
