• Depends on how far you are from the TV tower. Do some research on where the tower is online , if it's less than 30 miles you will get it. I do get the local pbs in Hd here in ct .

• You can i think if it is a local channel. If not then get a more expensive one.

• Can't comment specifically but I am beyond suburban Austin, TX and clearly receive 4 PBS channels perfectly.
