• I wish I had an answer for you I own this AOC monitor for 36 days at which time it went on the fritz after contacting Best Buy they told me the warranty expires after 15 days I would have to contact the manufacturer well the manufacturer gave me a cold shoulder so this monitor is now at the city dump so beware of BestBuy products they sell . sorry cant help you
