• The 12 volt battery and inverter/converter in the unit is only for 110 volts in and out. You would lose considerable reserve power converting the supply to 220 in and out. My advise would be find a unit designed for 220 to start with.

• According to the back on the device it will only work with up to 120 V input. So the answer is no.
