• I do not think this unit does any advanced power conditioning beyond a very simple (possibly) EMI filter. Even the surge protection is a VERY low level protection.

• Is just a Surge protector and UPS, I don't believe it has any kind of voltage regulator.

• No, it does not condition the power. It is a battery backup and surge protector only. If you want something to condition the power, look at products from Monster.
