“I am cold intolerant and need to use for a heater and heating pad...would this work and it doesnt need to be plugged in right its essentially a portable charger with other features (i dont need surge protector..etc) just to keep warm when we have no power”

NO this unit is too small for that
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as your heater and/or heating pad does not draw more amperage that this until you should be ok. Although it may not keep those items running for as long as you need if your power remains out for an extended time.
