“Why when I open an app or facebook it only stays on for a few minutes then it goes off?”

• Check your Settings and Display and Brightness. Your Ipad could be defaulting to 2 minutes auto-lock.

• Under - Settings- then -Display Options, you should be able to see and adjust the time delay settings for the Auto Lock.
