You should be able to by going into the App store, touch your apple ID photo or icon. From there touch your purchases and then every game that you have on your iPhone should show up on the iPad. You then just touch the ones you want to download but pushing the cloud with the down arrow in it. Just note that any in=app purchases such as coins will not necessarily transfer.
