• Every iPad can connect to the internet through a Wi-Fi network, like the wireless internet router in your home or the wireless hotspots you find in a coffee shop, school library, or airport. iPads are available as Wi-Fi + Cellular models. However, this particular model is a Wi-Fi only iPad. No, storage is not upgradeable.

• WiFi means the only means of connecting to the internet is via a WiFi network (ie cannot access a cellular data plan). 32GB is the total internal storage capacity. Internal storage cannot be upgraded later. If you need additional storage, consider a larger capacity unit or pay for cloud storage such as iCloud, Dropbox, etc.
