- Answer You don't have to. Just sign in to your Ipad with the Apple ID that you are using on your Apple phone (if you are using iPhone). Then it should syn together, but if not then sorry you are out of luck

- Answer it's 2020, but I prefer this design than other flashy new designs because it's more durable while the new design is like the Ipad air or Ipad Pro. The new IPad design is bad because there is a small hole for the mic in the mid of the body, which will turn into a dead spot that causes the Ipad to bend easily

- Answer I would say if you use your iPad for work and have to commute and use the cellular network to stay online whenever no wifi is available it might be worth paying for the difference. In my case, as I use it only for leisure at home it definitely does not worth it at all.

- Answer I believe you're asking if it has a USB interface (Not SUB..?) This is possible but you need an Apple Lightning to USB adapter.
