• They usually ask you if you are going to go with ATT or VERIZON first Then they go get you a device that is compatible with your choice.

• It should work with any of the major carriers. However, it does not include a SIM.

• i bought the wifi + cellular version and it indeed works with T-mobile, just have to buy the sim card from T-mobile for about $25.
