I just got mine home, and the box says it is a fusion drive

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fusion is a good drive better than a standard drive but even with the SSD component.. It is only a 5400 rpm drive. Upgrade to SSD drive and put it in yourself and use the old drive for storage. It's easy to do exchange and set up. There is lots to read about on how to do it. Putting more memory in the same and save yourself $500 doing it. And get confidence in your self and on your abilities. Just follow directions to a T, watch and follow the Videos, and don't' be in a hurry.
