Yes, In fact it can be updated to the newly released iOS 11. Which has a bunch of cool new features. I highly recommend it.

Afaik, all the iPad Pros do get the latest iOS updates. At least my 9.7" iPad Pro did.

Yes but if u can't find it in setting just plug your computer in to update it
