Yes it is. Apple only has one Home pod model.

There is only one type of HomePod on the market now, no words on HomePod 2 releasing day yet.

There is only one generation of HomePod but with continuous updates. Definitely consider this. I have two and they’re one year apart. Not looking back at all on my decision.
