U can connect ur phone or iPod using Bluetooth ... but Siri won’t connect .... she will do play pause commands however

You should be able to use AirPlay to send the music from your iPhone or iPad to the HomePod. I say should because I don’t have the app to see if the app itself blocks AirPlay. I have a video streaming app that won’t let me AirPlay to my Apple TV, but most will. To AirPlay, you just select the speaker from your airplay devices under control center,

Yes. I also have Sirius with streaming. You open the Sirius app on your IPhone, select the music station and then tap on the airplay icon and pick the HomePod speaker.
