- Answer It’s just on sale but it’s only $249.99 on Thanksgiving. I bought one two weeks ago for $299.99 on sale. It is not refurbished. Refurbished iPads actually state that in the description.

- Answer Keep scrolling through them and you will find one that only shows WiFi, it will not show a carrier option. That’s what I did.
