- Answer The iPad does have a files folder where your documents will be stored and you can always download scanner app from the AppStore and print via air print as far as you have a printer that has that feature.

- Answer This iPad can play HD videos, but not anything above 1080p (i.e. 2k and 4k). Transferring photos can be done in a variety of ways but the easiest method for me was and iCloud backup. Otherwise, I recommend creating an iTunes backup on your computer.
