If you’re going to buy a regular iPad that’s just Wi-Fi you don’t need to unlock it because you’re just going to be using Wi-Fi if you’re going to buy one that has LTE compatibility and the Wi-Fi then all you have to do is when you buy the iPad call Your local internet provider or whom you choose and a cell phone carrier and tell them that you want to unlock it and I will unlock it for you
