Contrary to a lot of the other answers listed here, I can confirm that it DOES allow movement to and from the SD card via the Files application on iOS. I just bought it in person today and managed to get it work after exploring a while, though discouraged by the many saying otherwise.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As the title of the product indicates, it is a card READER. It is not a card writer. Therefore, you can only use it to get images onto your phone from the card, it does not download images to a card from the phone.
