Not to my knowledge, unless something has changed recently. I've bought Mac Minis in the past, directly from APPLE - which is where you have more options about configuring the device. What I've seen is that at most resellers, Best Buy included, they only sell what you see when you search the Best Buy website. Buy from APPLE, and you have many options for customizing your Mac Mini.
