• You cannot upgrade the ram on this unit, or so I was told by the GeekSquad. It appears that apple put the memory into the mother board directly. the HD I believe is different, but am not 100% sure.

• Hi there, Regretfully, the ssd drive and the memory are soldered to the mainboard of the new MacBooks hence, not upgradeable.
