Is this the 2019 model or a 2018 model? null

I was told this model is the newest one. It has a Core i9 processor and the previous model was Core i7 i believe. I paid more for this model because it was newer and I needed one that would last me a while to use with my embroidery software that requires a minimum Core i5. I know my Mac will last me a long time so spent the extra money on the newest one. I love it and am very pleased with my purchase.
