Yes and No, the new 2018/2019 Macbook Pro has upgraded the older iPhoto App to a new version and name. The new app is called Photos App. There is an option in the app to migrate an iPhoto library into Photos app. If you saved your iPhoto on the cloud, you can download and sync to new Photos App. If you did not, then you will need to either save from old computer to the cloud or simply transfer the iPhoto file via flashdrive.
