- Answer all of the USB ports are instead type-c USB is the only downfall they're great for Speed and throughput but if you're having a bunch of devices that use regular USB 2.0 or 3.0 and 3.1 slots you'll have to use an adapter

- Answer This specific laptop (6-core i7 8th generation) was released in 2018. The new one that just came out in 2019 is the 6-core i7 9th generation.

- Answer Yes, I personally use it for Photoshop and can handle multiple projects at once while using other Adobe programs at the same time. This laptop is very good for video editing as well.

- Answer yes, you can increase your cloud storage which is a monthly service but not your internal storage, I would STRONGLY recommend picking a up a 1 or 2 TB external hard drive instead, there 4 ports on this computer which is way more than enough to keep that thing plugged in 24/7.

- Answer No it does not, MacBook Pros no longer have a DVD player. There is an external CD/DVD drive you can buy separately and connect it.

- Answer Very easy, if transferring from a Win 7 PC to Windows 10 PC, just do a full back up using Windows Back up. Go to Control Panel and Windows Back up, make the Back up in a large external drive. Then on the Win 10 PC you go to Back up and Restore and “ Restore from Back up”. If you need assistance, I do this all day long. My co is Mytechcoach.biz And yes, Win 7 support ends in January 2020. Greg

- Answer Hi Viraj, This laptop is really fast, but I use for audio production, really don't know how it works with those programs. The only thing is the storage space for me is too low but I'm using an external hard drive.

- Answer No. The migrating assistant is garbage and it doesn’t work. From a MacBook Pro to a MacBook Pro not even me, 4 techs, 2 supervisors, and one corporate account specialist could get it to transfer. I had to manually do this.

QuestionWhat does open boxed mean ?

- Answer I purchased my MacBook Pro as an open boxed item. It was the demo that they had on the showroom floor. It only came with the power adapter, and no paperwork. It had a small dent on the cover where the security tag was. Other than that works great. You can save quite a bit of money by buying an open boxed item. Just make sure you use it right away and take it back if you notice any problems.

- Answer Depends what you are going to do with it, If you are planning to carry all the time and large screen is not a must then 13 inch MacBook will be suffice. You can also checkout the MacBook Air which is excellent performance at fraction of cost. My only advice is if you are going to do a lot of video editing then a 15 inch MacBook Pro is the best choice.

- Answer I don’t believe that you have to with the Mack OS. I believe all of that stuff is built-in. I would doublecheck, but I feel pretty confident that that is correct. Cheers!
