• Charger and software is included. It doesn't have MS office, but Apple offers similar programs that are installed on the MB Pro already such as Pages, Keynote & Numbers.

• The charger is included. It also comes with an extension cord. I don't know what software you are referring to but I'm sure you would have to buy it.

• A charger is included. Mac comes with standard software that is similar to Microsoft Office, and you can go to the Applications icon and find lots of other softwares that are similar to Adobe products and whatnot for free. However, if you want the fullness of the software you would find with Microsoft or Adobe (etc) products, I would recommend purchasing them for the Mac, and yes, they are sold separately, You will also have to purchase a mouse and a DVD port separately, as neither comes with the laptop.

• The charger is included and the software also but it does not include any of the Windows software. I did not buy the extended warranty as I have a 5 year old Mac Air and have not had any problems with it at all.

• Honestly I don't remember. I got my lap top a few years ago. The box should tell you if the cord came with it and so forth. I did however replace the cord last month. I think it wasn't working properly because of my home use / storage. It got slightly bent now and again. Over all I LOVE my mac.
