• To my knowledge yes it will. I too have had other problems with off brands.

• Yes it does. I had to replace an "off-brand" for that reason when I upgraded to 10.15.

• I’ve been using the keyboard since purchased. It works perfectly fine. I thought it was wireless but other than that it is compatible for the iMac. I hope this helps.
