No SIM Card included … SIM Tray is plastic vs. aluminum!

At least mine did not since I purchased my phone as a refurbished phone through Best Buy online. I used the SIM card from my old phone. I have Consumer Cellular as my carrier and paid the full price of the refurbished phone, which was around $449.00. If you want to get your phone through Verizon as your carrier, then I assume you would pay monthly.
