Bought this for my daughter as her very first phone. Super cute, reasonably priced and in excellent condition so far. She was very happy and extremely excited to show her friends. Very happy costumer here.

We purchased the phone at our local best buy. We were on our way to the phone store to get the service hooked up when my daughter said the camera lense was scratched. I checked it out at the next stoplight. I looked at it and wiped it with my sweater. No scratches! She's a dork! It was just a smudge. The phone cost a bit more than other refurbed iphone 11 online. The phone is great. Excellent camera quality and all the iphone extras. Great phone, she loves it!

After a failed purchase of a defective iPhone from Amazon, I decided to go with Best Buy for a certified pre-owned iPhone 11. Going on a month of use and so far I’m very happy with my purchase. The phone was in excellent condition and great battery health when received and still working like new!

Refurbished iPhone 11 I couldn’t access it even using Apple CS with the help of Electrical Engineer by my side using an Apple Laptop. Your Geek Squad gave it a valiant try . I drove to Grand Junction, Colorado. My closest Best Buy I was fortunate to have Jadan as my CS Rep. Very understanding, and has a calm collected demeanor. I did a check on the replacement iPhone 11 and found it had NOT been refurbished to Best Butys standard of 80% battery life! I was given a certificate for a replacement/refurbished iPhone11 to be picked up within the month of October. It’s always disappointing when you have high expectations for refurbished electronics. But having to make two trips u expect compensation for gas and my time… Your employees work hard to offer their best to help and appease your angry customers. I believe there should be compensation for those that rise above. Perhaps digging deeper into the company you use for ur rebuilt electronics need to have more accountability!

Hey Guys, So far so Goodie! I'm very happy with this phone pretty much new! no bumps dents nor scratches the volume and notifications are Superb! I took a chance and it worked out Thank The Most High, Smooth about to buy me a clear case, just bought a new p@psocket Grip :0) and tempered glass for screen...the switch was easy too from Android to iPhone. Everything went right over :) worth every penny! TY Best Buy! This iPhone does a lot having fun with it very precise Yello! IOS world !
