Is this iPhone 11 a new device or a refurbished one. null

I just got mine too and it was completely refurbished and when I went to return it, they charged my $45 because it was apart of their "return policy".

I just received mine today and it didn't come in an Apple box like a new one does so I'm going to say it is not new. I definitely did not know this when I purchased it. Now I know why it was cheaper than anywhere else.

I would almost guarantee this is NOT NEW. Best Buy is the master of BAIT & SWITCH tactics just to get you in the store or purchase something later to find out it was a used device. Buyer Beware - just order from Apple direct or even better off Amazon Renewed.
