• I recently purchased this phone and it was in excellent condition. Face ID on my phone is fully functional.

• I have been using a refurbished iPhone X since January and the Face ID works fine for me. Have not experienced any problems whatsoever till date. Did buy a cell phone case with battery pack for longer usage time.
