Please don’t buy any phones from Best Buy. Certainly not iPhone. The Apple Store provides better and more honest options. I wanted an iPhone 11 Pro with 128 GB and walked as way with the wrong phone pushed on me by the unscrupulous sales associate. You are only given 14 days to return the phone, not 30 days. They pushed for you to get extra coverage full well knowing that there will be problems ahead. They are not getting a single star. Just don’t buy your iPhone from Best Buy
