• this is preowned or something refurbished i have got 3 of them and they are damage or dent If u are looking for a decent cell I will recommend to look for word excellent next to the price

• Supposedly it is refurbished. However, I think their quality is pretty low. Like the other answerer mentioned, the phone I received was scratched up pretty bad. Also, the cell radio was bad, the battery was shot, and there was gasket out of place obscuring the front camera. Poor quality refurbishment.
