However when I turned the IPhone on I realized that the screen is not properly attached, was coming out all around. I took it back to bestbuy and they processed the return.

Hit or Miss

My husband’s one is in mint condition, the battery holds well and EVERYTHING works. Mine however, I was not able to set up since the battery couldn’t hold unless the phone is plugged in. I returned it to CCR Warranty and I am currently awaiting a replacement unit. If that one doesn’t work too then I'll return it to BestBuy for a refund. The phone also had some scratches on the side which can be covered with a phone case. You just never know.

Definitely not Worth

The phone came with scratches on the edges and dirty. The speakers hole is full of dirty. Seems like Best Buy does not care about cleaning the refurbished phone before they sell it. The main problem is the battery. The phone came with bad battery and won’t hold a charge. I need to keep the phone plugged on the power supply to use. I have bought this phone to help me with my job and I can not even use for this purpose. Unfortunately I am not able to return the product as I am from another country. I am really upset with Best Buy used product. Definitely not worth!

No GPS, No Hostpost

Poor Physical Quality

Overall poor quality. Item should have at least checked for such. Bought a new prepaid instead and had this shipped back.
