Phone came with a charger only. No other accessories.

It worked with T-Mobile.

The phone description lists a 90 warranty. But I'm getting NO support fixing problems with my refurb iPhone purchased from Best Buy. Do not recommend.

I just got the same phone you mention. It came with a cord and wall adapter. I'm not sure of the warranty, I purchased mine in the store and it was mailed to me. You should be able to call any Best Buy and find out the warranty agreement.
