The phone and charger. I don’t know about the cost of the new battery. You would have to return it online when you get the phone it have the info regarding the return policy. But overall, best decision I made getting this.

It works great! Just need to make sure you have a charger handy throughout the day Didn’t get a warranty. Return was the same as any device......
