• Hey Ashley and yes it would, I’m with Verizon it’s phenomenal I bought this 6s unlocked from Best Buy not too long ago and it’s great, but far as the best carrier it is Verizon, you can easily set up an international plan that will work best for you, and I also work at Verizon if you need any questions or help with a plan don’t hesitate to messsge me
