I am totally disappointed and frustrated about this purchase. The phone came with scratches on the edges and dirty. The speakers hole is full of dirty. Seems like Best Buy does not care about cleaning the refurbished phone before they sell it. The main problem is the battery. The phone came with bad battery and won’t hold a charge. I need to keep the phone plugged on the power supply to use. I have bought this phone to help me with my job and I can not even use for this purpose. Unfortunately I am not able to return the product as I am from another country. I am really upset with Best Buy used product. Definitely not worth!

The IPhone was in a great condition with no scratches or bends, at first look. However when I turned the IPhone on I realized that the screen is not properly attached, was coming out all around. I took it back to bestbuy and they processed the return.

I ordered two of these for my husband and I. My husband’s one is in mint condition, the battery holds well and EVERYTHING works. Mine however, I was not able to set up since the battery couldn’t hold unless the phone is plugged in. I returned it to CCR Warranty and I am currently awaiting a replacement unit. If that one doesn’t work too then I'll return it to BestBuy for a refund. The phone also had some scratches on the side which can be covered with a phone case. You just never know.

Although it is a refurbished, but it’s like a brand new iPhone. I like it very much and get a good deal.

Everything functions and works like new! The phone looks really nice and I'd highly recommend that.

Got this order with physical damages like screen scratches, side casing is protruding. Overall poor quality. Item should have at least checked for such. Bought a new prepaid instead and had this shipped back.

Hi, I would like to change this cell phone because the GPS doesn't work, No Waze, No Google Maps and not iOS map, another thing when I try to put it in hostpost it will not let me do it. have those two problems but everything else works well.

This pre-owned iphone6 sounded great before I bought it, but it turned out damaged, can not hear the other party and disconnects phone calls

I was reluctant to buy this for my daughter. I read the reviews and it seemed like a good idea. The phone I got would not stay on or charge. I was obviously not tested or they would have seen the battery was shot. The phone was more than slightly used. The screen was fine but there was not just minor scratches, there were dents and every corner was chipped. I took it to the store and they could do absolutely nothing. The employee said they have nothing too do with used phones in the store so they couldn’t fix it or replace it there. I asked for a refund (which I had to wait 4 days to get it back in my bank account) he also told me I might have to pay a restocking fee. I ended up buying a pre paid Boost Mobile iPhone 6 for 200.00 and a 35.00 a month card. It turned out to be 3.00 cheaper than the used iPhone. My advice, don’t buy used until you see it first.

Product was in excellent condition, had one very unnoticeable smug on upper right corner of screen. Worked as if it was new, easy to setup, and functional. For a teenager or with someone needing a replacement this is the way to go if you don't want to spend almost three times as much for the latest and the greatest. Highly recommended, as described, as expected, very great price.

We purchased the iPhone 6, refurbished, from Best Buy. After going through the expected process of transferring our plan and most of our contacts to the purchase, we found that we could barely make out what the person on the other end of the line was saying. Apple was great in trying to resolve the problem through their support, but, after about two hours working with us, found that the purchase is defective. We have moved our plan and some of our contacts back to our old phone. But, the process for exchanging the phone is tedious and lengthy. We had to (1) return the purchase back to factory settings and (2) call Best Buy to make a claim. Now we have to (3) wait AT LEAST (projected) two days to receive in the mail a package from Best Buy to return it, (4) return the purchase to Best Buy, and (5) wait AT LEAST (projected) seven days for the exchange to arrive. We think we are generally easy to please, but we expected the phone to work having been placed in the market by Best Buy, our go-to. We are not happy with this purchase and process, but we're committed, now, and hope we come out satisfied in the end.

This phone was for a great price and was delivered sooner that stated. I got it for my son for Christmas and we seem to be having trouble keeping a charge on the battery. I believe we are going to need to exchange it. Stay tuned for an update.

I was sold a defective used iPhone 6. The left side of the keyboard would not respond. Luckily the manager understood and gave me a refund. Unfortunately now the d things are priced $200 higher...

This was my first iPhone purchase, I had previously used android smart-phones, but needed a new phone after my last screen broke. I chose to switch to iPhone because I had heard good things and was interested in a change from android which I found frequently to be glitchy. I chose to buy the iPhone 6 used instead of the newest iPhone model to save a bit of money. I was a bit scared to buy a used phone, but I have had no problems. I bought the 64 GB memory which allowed for seamless update to the newest iOS platform and plenty of room for apps and pics. I've had the phone for a few weeks and so far I am happy with my purchase.

My iPhone 5 battery was swelling. This caused the screen to be pushed off of the frame. I happened to have best buy store credit, so I purchased this phone. It said that it was going to take 2 weeks but it came in about one week. It came in a soft package, and the box inside was pretty beat up. I backed my old phone up and transferred it to my new one. There was a small mark on the back of the phone and on the camera lenses, but the camera was in perfect condition when I turned it on. It only came with the phone, a charging block, and a cord. Instructions were also included on how to return it. Don't expect an apple box when you open your package because it won't be. The box is from some company that sells used phones. Also the charging cord and block are off brand. Don't expect ear buds either. The only issue that I could find with the functionality of the phone was that the finger print scanner sometimes won't recognize that your finger is even on the phone. Overall, the upgrade was worth the money. The software is better, and faster. The phone is also much bigger and faster. I heard that the 6 bends, but I have a nice otter-box case on it, so that should help prevent it from bending.

in General the iPhone is good, five stars, but the battery is not working good, i buy a new battery.

The phone came in good condition although it was refurbished and the screen must have been replaced prior to selling it . The screen seems loose . The battery dies very quick to fix the problems for now I put a phone case that fits around the screen and the case I purchased was a 50 dollar phone charging case . I probably wouldn’t recommend purchasing a refurbished iPhone next time
