Phone works, but has more scratches than expected!

The only observation I can point out is that I have to buy extra the charger separate because I did not know that when u get the phone from a pre-owner the charger is not original. I pay almost 60 extra to get original charger

Ordered online. Scratches on the sides, looks like it was dropped few times. The downside is that you cannot return it for free. If you would like to return it, you need to pay the restocking fee of $35.00. If you have an opportunity to check it in the store, go and buy it in the store. In our case, it was not an option because they do not display them in the store (probably to sell out scratched phones).

My phone arrived a day early then it was supposed which was great , it was unlocked and not stolen , it was easy to connect . My phone was in great condition I thought it was brand new. And it was a good price.

Refurbished doesn't mean perfect. Was expecting a few scratches to be the only issue. However this phone had a very poor battery as well as a sticky volume control button. Returned and then purchased a "certified" pre-owned. The certified phone was almost perfect. The few extra dollars are worth it.

I returned one and purchased another phone for a higher price. The battery didn’t want to charge in this one either. This is not how I expected Best Buy items!! Boy happy about this item!

I purchased this iPhone for my grandson. I was not pleased with the condition of the phone. It had scratches and a dent. I really thought Best Buy would check the condition of the product before selling it.

The iphone 6 I purchased, refurbished, was a big improvement over the iphone 5 I had. Although the case appeared to have significant wear, the phone worked well....except for the phone's ear piece that sounded distorted and with a low level. It took cleaning with a toothbrush to clean out the gunk that apparently was in the speaker slot. Too bad Best Buy didn't check that out before sending it out as a product with their name on it. Nonetheless that seemed to take care of the situation and for a 64 gb phone, the price of $300 seemed fair.

I understand this is the #1 reason people return refurbished phones... at least the return process was easy!

I never write reviews, but I the phone itself was not worth the money and I feel like people need to know. DON'T think you are buying a NEW phone. The phone came in decent shape the glass was in perfect condition but there were dings and dents around the edges. We thought it was acceptable but shortly after booting it up it shut off randomly. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited and a few days later it did the same thing. I was told the product was tested and should no longer have problems but it definitely does. We then took it back to a best buy store to return it. Luckily customer service was very nice to us and got us our money back. So for that reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

The battery in this phone doesn’t hold a charge very well. I find myself having to charge this one way more frequently than I did my previous older model IPhone. I’m going to have to invest in a new battery for it. Otherwise, works and looks as expected.

Phone can be more better if there would be no battery issues. The battery life is too weak,maps going to work for 42min even though you charger 100%.you must always carry a power bank or travel charger.sometimes a short web surfing consume 30%of your battery life.i charged the phone for 8hr still i have the issue. If you’re not a socia media or youtube this is the best choice,i like this set and will there for long term. Bye android

This will be a gift to my son for christmas will see have it works out. It did charge just took forever and stayed almost at a full charge for two days with no interaction with it. From the reviews I read before purchase was that the battery would not stay charged or hold a charge so will see once he gets it. If able will update then.

Thanks Best Buy for all the inconvenience you cost me for an hour and a half today. I purchased a preowned iPhone and the battery was not working at all on it! G you think this would’ve been checked before it left a simple task!

I trust Best Buy 100% and I knew that my purchase would be exactly what I ordered. It was an unlocked iPhone 6 which came 4-5 days sooner than expected.

iPhone Charger is not original charger and the box was without headset . Also box was not an apple box. But so far handset is good.

A good price for an iphone pre owned.its like a bought a new iphone.no defect just few scratch on side.

Over all it was a pre-owned phone at a good price. Everything was great minor details but unfortunately the speaker was busted. When I listen to music you can tell right away so had to return the phone. I can deal with minor scratches I understand it was pre-owned but not the speaker. So please always look through every detail.

This Phone is priced very good, Phone do come with a warranty so make sure you check this, The accessories are not OEM, they will be aftermarket, Also the box is a refurbished box, not the iPhone box, besides the details phone, are in grade A condition, Bestbuy do take care of there customers and the Customer service for me has been excellent!!!
