I was thinking what a great deal but right after I got it my son noticed the battery going from 100% to 25% in less then 5 minutes

I was a little worried at first, the box it came in was crushed somewhat and damaged. The phone was ok and has been great so far.

The phone works great and came in great condition, the only problem I have is that the screen will sometimes not see that you are touching the screen and it will only go back to normal if you turn the phone off and back on. That had been my only problem so far in the first month I have had this phone

Got this iPhone the first was dead not charging took it to Apple store for diagnostic find out the phone is a damage phone, went back to online get another one from Best Buy find out the navigation and the Bluetooth is not working .

This phone was purchased for my teen as first smart phone. My only complaint would be the packing did not come with quick start up instructions as indicated on package. Not a big deal as apple phones are as easy as turning on and following prompts. Phone came in good condition and was easy to install ATT SIM card. Overall, not a bad price for this phone.

i Phone 6 is a great version and Best Buy had it for the most competitive price I could find. The 6 is still compact and fits in your pocket plus the menu button is still on the screen, so it's a much easier version for my older relatives to use because they don't always get the whole touchscreen thing that newer versions have.

The phone is nice enough storage but the battery is horrible, the phone will be 100% charged but it just shut off while using it.

I was reading mixed reviews on purchasing pre-owned iphone unlocked. Sure enough I gambled and the phone came in great condition! I purchased this phone to use as my backup as I travel alot out of country. Only minor cosmetics around the edges which the phone case can cover right up! I'm glad I was able to pick up this phone in great condition!

I purchased this for my mother for Christmas. After finally getting it activated from an android phone, the battery is bad. It continually turns off with a “dead battery”, but when plugged in, the battery is full.

I purchase this phone my 12 year old son. He loves it. Never thought it would be in brand new shape.

I ordered 3 preowned I Phone 6’s. All three were In decent condition. However I did have to replace the batteries in two of the phones the phones. I think Best Buy should at least put new batteries before they resell them.

My kid love his Iphone 6 a lots and he do not want to lay it down for a second.

Received phone in like new condition for a great price.

Bought this phone as a replacement for my daughter who dropped hers in the toilet. Best Buy downloaded everything from the cloud for her. Great service. Unfortunately the battery was weak and needed replacement just after the 90 day warranty ended.

Just what I need. Apple phone not too expensive but compatible with my other phone and Mac.

Good condition but glass was scrach a bit. Did not notice until i put the glass screen

This refurbished iPhone 6 was in great condition, and migrating from my old iPhone 4 was very slick. BUT ... the battery would not hold a charge for more than a few hours. In Settings/Battery it said "... seriously degraded". Best Buy is getting me another phone, no charge. I am very happy with their service.

Phone dies within 10 minutes of use from a 100% battery. 5 star scam - 1 star phone that doesn't work.
