your apple id is your email. i have an apple and that what i used. you need to create an apple account if you haven't created one and that apple id will come up. they know it. then you create a password and you have an apple account. you really should get an account. you can get support for any of your apple devices. i just went into my apple APP STORE and searched instagram and i didn't see a charge for it. looks free. touch on app store and type in instagram on the magnifying glass and it came up free.
