• A:Answer I don’t know about it being original as you’re looking at a “Pre-Owned” version. The words “Pre-Owned” can translate to a million things and mean different things. If you buy this unit for example, although it’s a pre owned iPhone, the box will most likely be new, the USB power adapter, charge and sync lightning cable, EarPods and lightning to audio jack adapter will all be brand new, but the phone can literally be pre owned by someone else or it can be a refurbished model as in someone gave their phone to best buy on a sale for credit or trade for a new phone and best buy sent the unit to Apple for a refurb and then listed it for sale. Again, the term pre owned can not only mean different things, but it can be a huge hit and miss on what you’ll actually receive. I hope my information has been of help to you! If it doesn’t state unlocked on the listing title, then the listing will 99.9% of the time contain which carrier the phone was made to work with, such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc. i hope my information has been helpful!
