When you buy it “Pre-Owned”, “Apple or Factory Certified” and/or “Refurbished”, you should technically (besides the obvious, iPhone), receive the USB power adapter and charge and sync cable, the headphones and adapter are a hit and miss. If you’re lucky, they’ll be in there, otherwise, you’ll have to buy those separately. I’m sure if you call Apple and ask them for it, they’re usually really nice and cool about that kind of stuff and will either ship it to you directly or have you go to a local Apple store and pick it up, all at no cost to you.
