A:AnswerThere was a problem with volume. Returned to Best Buy one day past their return policy, so they would not exchange or repair. Took phone to Apple Store. Paid for repair. They tested battery. It was 88%, fully charged. I will never buy another “open box”, “unlocked” phone.
