Misleading; not unlocked. Don't waste your money,
||Posted .It's dishonest to sell this phone as unlocked while it's not. I was gonna use this phone abroad that's why I bought it because you said it's unlocked. Once abroad, I found out it was network locked. totally disappointed. I trusted BestBuy but now I can see all you want is taking money from your customers on misleading advertisement ;

Not What I Was Expecting
||Posted .I received the phone and was super excited. It looked like it was in perfect condition! When I turned it on, the screen had all kinds of lines going through it, like a plaid pattern but on my phone screen (meaning the LCD is no longer connected to the logic board, a sign of water/other damage). It's not completely debilitating to the phone, everything is still useful and works perfectly, but the display is certainly annoying. I wish they would have inspected the phone for this issue before shipment.

Perfect Cosmeticly and Perfect Battery Health
||Posted .I purchased this as a second phone, however I am very picky, especially since it being a used phone. My concerns were Cosmetic and Battery Health. I will say, I am highly impressed! The phone looks brand new (can't find one minor flaw cosmeticly) and to my surprise the "battery health" was 100%!!! Great buy and exceeded my expectations!

Don’t buy pre-owned product
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I gave 1 star because of 3 reasons 1) I didn’t get at least apple charge. With the charger I got in the package it is charging very slow. 2) Scratches are there on back of the phone. 3) Finally, I thought I’d return this product and get another one. For that Best Buy is charging me $45 restocking fee, which is pathetic. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy this or any pre-owned product from best but, because it doesn’t state or looks same as they put in pictures.

everything worked except the PHONE.
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.It's an awesome phone. Perfect size' just what I wanted, Took it down to my phone provider (Verizon) They intern installed the sim's card to activate. The phone would get service with 3bars then go to no service. They tried everything to get it to work. I settled for an iPhone 7 instead of an iPhone 8. Costing me an additional $84.52. No I'm not very happy now but at least I have a phone

- A:Answer Yes, one year according to the warranty company and I had to use it unfortunately. There’s a warranty card that comes with instructions and the phone number to the warranty company. Make sure you keep this card because the Best Buy employees at the store have no idea and will be zero help trying to help you track down this information. My phone came defective but because it was outside the 14 day return policy (I had the phone for 20 days) Best Buy would not exchange it and the employee refused to help me obtain the phone number stating it was now “my issue”

Q: QuestionWhy I can't see real pictures if it's pre-owned. What if there is big scratch over back or even worse - screen? I hate blind purchases. I understand BestBuy doesn't wanna deal with all these pictures it's a lot of work...
