How do I figure the correct size 38?40?44? null

Go online to the Apple website, printout the wrist measurement, cut it out and measure your wrist for band size. The 40 mm works good for me, 44 is more of a man’s size. I didn’t realize they came in 38 mm too. The SE comes with two wristbands, one for a woman, and one for a man. Anyway, I wouldn’t go over 40mm as a woman.
